Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts and full set of unaudited financial statements for clients.
• Prepare and file corporate income tax computation and return for clients.
• Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax returns for clients
• Perform payroll services for clients.
• Assist in fund accounting including preparation of Net Asset Value computation.
• Assist in corporate secretarial and other administrative matters relating to clients' companies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 2 years work experience in accounting or audit.
• Proficient in Excel and knowledge of MYOB accounting system will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, proactive and a sense of personal responsibility.

Internal Audit Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and update annual internal audit plans for clients.
• Conduct internal audit on clients' internal control environments and recommend internal control process improvements.
• Identify possible gaps and areas for improvement in relation to controls and procedures.
• Assist with other accounting, corporate secretarial and administrative works relating to Singapore companies.
• Perform general administration function.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree/ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of work experience in audit.
• Proficient in Excel and knowledge of accounting systems will be an advantage.
• Self-driven and proactive and a sense of personal responsibility.
